2.發生緣由:富驊傳佳音洽談歐洲伺服器大廠訂單有眉目，前十一月稅前EPS2.06元。
富驊傳出喜訊，與歐洲知名伺服器大廠洽談訂單事宜，已進入最後緊鑼密鼓階段，
金額最高達1仟5佰萬美金，對深耕美國市場已久，積極拓展歐洲市場的富驊來說，
確實是一大喜訊，目前已在洽談移轉模具及開發新模具事宜，該項伺服器訂單最快
將自明年元月份開始出貨。富驊93年十一月份營收自結數3.79億元，機殼單月營收
重新改寫歷史新高，單月營收較去年同期增加118%，較上月份增加21%，93年前十一
月累計營收30億元較去年同期成長66%，獲利也水漲船高，前十一月獲利自結數累計
稅前突破2億4仟9佰萬元，繳出漂亮的成績單，較諸去年表現，獲利呈現倍數成長。
由於美國需求強勁，主力客戶持續追加訂單，富驊今年上半年淡季不淡，除營收逐
季大幅成長，第三季單月營收更頻頻寫下新高，單季營收也同時創近三年來新高，
同時富驊前十一月獲利倍增，目前自結稅前獲利已超過2億4仟9佰萬元， 93年前
十一月每股稅前EPS為2.06元，富驊企業去年全年稅前淨利4仟4佰萬元。
